How does booking work?
You tell us the symptom, pick a time slot that works for your schedule, and we confirm by text. If anything changes, just reply to reschedule. The whole booking takes about two minutes.
What's your service area?
We're based in South Austin and work throughout Oak Hill and the greater Austin metro. If you're just outside our typical radius, text us your cross-streets — for longer diagnostics or bigger jobs we can often work something out.
Do I get a quote before you start?
Always. The 15-minute diagnostic call is free. On-site, we diagnose, give you a detailed quote with parts and labor broken out, and we don't start the work until you sign off.
What can you fix on-site?
Most of it. Brakes, batteries, alternators and starters, spark plugs, coils, belts and hoses, lights, sensors, wipers, window regulators, AC work, carburetor work, points ignition, air-cooled VW service, and more. If something needs more than a driveway can offer, we'll tell you upfront and point you in the right direction.
Is there a warranty on your work?
Yes. Every job comes with a 90-day labor warranty. If something we fixed breaks within ninety days because of our work, we come back and fix it — no charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus digital wallets via secure payment link. You can pay before we leave or once you've had a chance to drive the car — whichever works for you.
